I made these two cakes for my mum and mum-in-law for mothers day. Both were fruit cakes covered and decorated in fondant.

Carol: What can I say?.... Three grown up children with four glorious grandchildren. I work part-time in customer service with David Jones. I have always loved doing crafty type activities but my venture into cake decorating has been by far the most enjoyable. My dream would be to make and decorate cakes on a full time basis with wedding cakes being a specialty. If you would like to have one of my cakes made, I am more than happy to talk to you further.
